​This position provides fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs. They are focused on serving customers in person, on the phone or by email to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Job Description 

  • Respond and assist customers in a timely manner with their questions and needs, either in person, by phone or e-mail

  • Verify items are available for the customer as ordered and scheduled

  • Pull and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery

  • Offer help and assistance in the warehouse

  • Maintain a safe working environment

  • Make deliveries if necessary

  • Resolve issues relating to orders, transfers, and PO’s

  • Processing returns for customers and getting RGA’s from vendor if required

  • Stock Replenishment when required

  • Counter and warehouse maintenance

Skills we are seeking 

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution is an advantage

  • Knowledge with HVAC and Plumbing will be an asset

  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions

  • Highschool or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable
